The objective of Administer’s communications is to ensure that all market participants have access to sufficient, reliable and correct information on the company and its financial instruments, and the factors that have an effect on the value of its financial instruments.

Administer aims to communicate in a trustworthy, transparent, and concise matter. The company communicates in an active and open manner with all its stakeholders regardless of whether the information is seen positive or negative to its financial instruments. The company’s official reporting language is Finnish.

The company observes a silent period of 30 days before publishing financial reports. During the silent period, the company’s management does not do meet with investors, analysts or representatives of the media nor are in contact with them.
